We roasted marshmallows tonight! We finally got the chimnea burning! I am so excited! Fires here we come!!!!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch with Grandma over Fall break a few weeks ago. the girls had a blast and I think we might have worn out Grandma that week too! below are the cute pictures and we brought home 4 very cute pumpkins!

Kyleigh's first soccer game

Kyleigh's first soccer game was on Saturday. She has been looking forward to the day for a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG time. We went out a bought new cleats, a ball, and socks with shin guards already in them. She did a little jumpy dance with all the new things.

On Saturday we got her dressed and went to the field. Her team played red light green light the learn to kick and then stop the ball. They kicked goals and had much fun. We will now be on the soccer field every Saturday until I am old and wrinkly. Okay really we have committed until the 13th of November. Then winter season picks up I think. Any way here is Kyleigh. She is number 7!

Hmmmm...where did the time go?

Well, school started and time as we know it changed. We have done a lot this past month. Piper is 9 months old. Kyleigh is starting soccer in 2 weeks. We went fishing in Helen one weekend. Kyleigh asks me almost every day when is ti her turn to go to school. I hope she feels that way when it is time for school. Piper is pulling up on things. And Jonathan works too much, but what can we do? i can't wait for Fall break....mini vacation, anyone?!

Beach fun!

We had a blast at the beach. We were up early every day and in the sand for many many hours. Piper even got knocked over by a wave. She came up giggling! We ate way too much and laughed a lot. Jonathan was very relaxed while we were away. I did my best not to think about school until we arrived home. Now the nearing start of school is bearing down on me. Humph!

Piper also took her first ride in her convertible car seat. No more infant carrier for her!

New Camera

Our old camera died yesterday. And since Piper is moments away from crawling we went out a bought a new one today. After a little investigating I learned how to up load the images. Hare are the first 2 pictures taken with our new camera.

Happy Fourth of July!

We went to the Gratis Fireworks show last night. there were bouncy houses and ponies to ride and snow cones to eat. The girls were both pooped when we got home around 10:45. I , of course, forgot the camera and have no pictures of the outing to add. So, I hope everyone has a great 4th of July! and thank you to all of our branches of military for keeping my babies free and safe!

Happy birthday to Kyleigh!

Kyleigh's party was a huge success! She had a ton of fun. A wonderfully made cake by my dear cousin, Tiffany (check her out at www.tiffscakeart.com). She is so talented. Then we went to Kyleigh 3 year check up. the doctor asked her a bunch of questions including if she was potty trained (she isn't) and then asked Kyleigh if she wanted to go to school (she does very much). The doctor told Kyleigh that if she wanted to go to school she needed to go pee pee in the potty. And it worked! Kyleigh has started peeing in the potty! I am so proud!
